The story of Nuit&Co. began with a stone—a brilliant, fire-filled gem that captured our imagination long before it ever became the heart of a brand. At first glance, it appears to be a simple diamond, but its brilliance and color, its fire is even stronger than that of a diamond and its clarity is captivating. Born from stardust, Moissanite was first found in a meteor crater. It was literally a gem from the cosmos, a gem from “out of this world”. And for that, it could only be reproduced in a lab, not cultivated from space. Which meant that it could be created ethically, sustainably, and beautifully without the environmental burden or human cost associated with many traditional stones.
